My Story
My career spans over ten years working with children and adolescents dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions, as well as adults grappling with anxiety, depression, adverse childhood experiences (ACE), trauma, and sexual abuse.
In addition to my clinical practice, I bring 12 years of experience as a paraprofessional working with children within public school settings. This role provided me with invaluable insights into the unique challenges that students face and allowed me to build strong, supportive relationships with both students and their families. My background in education has enhanced my ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to create environments that support the emotional and academic well-being of students.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in a diverse range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop critical skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each of these approaches allows me to provide tailored, evidence-based interventions that address the specific needs of my clients.
Family therapy is a core component of my practice, as I recognize the crucial role that family dynamics play in individual well-being. I work with families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships, facilitating a supportive environment for healing and growth.
Driven by a passion for supporting individuals and families in their journeys toward improved mental health, I am committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the field. My dedication to this work is reflected in my comprehensive and empathetic approach to therapy.
As I look toward future opportunities, I am excited to leverage my extensive experience, diverse skill set, and commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those I serve.

Looking Forward
The future of our practice is bright. We will continue to push boundaries, challenge traditional therapeutic models, and remain deeply committed to the most essential aspect of our work: the human beings who trust us with their most vulnerable moments.
Our goal is not just to help clients survive, but to support them in truly thriving.
